Wie geht es dir nach diesen ersten Wochen des neuen Jahres? Es gibt Zeiten, in denen nicht "durchziehen", sondern vereinfachen sinnvolle Strategie ist. 6 Monate lang habe ich mich nach meinem Unfall auf das Wesentliche beschränken müssen, weil durch einen komplizierten Bruch mein rechter Arm nicht mehr zu gebrauchen war.
